Hello love, 18 years with my sweet Kirsten. This photo is from 2008, taken on the Oregon Coast, illuminated by fireworks (‘MURICA!). In 2012, at our wedding under a poplar grove, I vowed to choose to keep choosing. I don’t believe commitment is about doing something just because you said you would. It’s about promising to re-decide over and over again as you go. It’s giving somebody the benefit of the doubt perpetually.
