Hello love,
18 years with my sweet Kirsten. This photo is from 2008, taken on the Oregon Coast, illuminated by fireworks (‘MURICA!).
In 2012, at our wedding under a poplar grove, I vowed to choose to keep choosing. I don’t believe commitment is about doing something just because you said you would. It’s about promising to re-decide over and over again as you go. It’s giving somebody the benefit of the doubt perpetually.
Love develops. It dips and wisps around obstacles. Sometimes it’s lustful and sometimes it’s comfort. I wrote this song about continuing to let that love evolve and shift, even after death.
”𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰

If you’re up for partaking in internet things, please pre-save 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒. It adds incentive for the demonic online overlord algorithm to believe that I’m a worthy subject.
More fun things from me soon. Thank you for your eyes and your ears.
