Europe begins and more shows announced

Hello love,

One cancelled flight to Frankfurt, rebooked through Paris, then two more subsequent flight legs, both delayed. 2 of my 5 checked items arrived yesterday with me in Graz, and I can see from my airtag that my guitar is still in Vancouver. Wish me luck! I may be playing tonight on Lily Lyons’ telecaster.

Just a quick note to say that if you’re near our shows around Europe, you should obviously come see me and Lily play (full dates below), and that I’ve just announced a Yukon show in Whitehorse and a third Sunday afternoon show in Penticton, BC but tickets are already nearly gone for both. Remember to text me your town at 310-347-4597 for early concert alerts.

In non-musical things… I recently devoured the novel Daughter by Claudia Dey and believe it to be a very special and important book. I could not put it down. I have a feeling I will read this work several times in my life. Truly stunning.

And I recently saw this painting by Ian Felice (of The Felice Brothers). Isn’t it speciial?
