Elsewhere Solo Tour & "Find New Ways (acoustic)"

I’m thrilled to announce a handful of solo shows this fall in satellite communities in Ontario & British Columbia. These are all small, intimate venues and they could sell out quite quickly. As usual for solo shows, I’ll take requests and we’ll just kinda hang out for 90 mins or so.
General on-sale for the Elsewhere Solo Tour begins tomorrow, Friday, June 7 @ 10am local (except Aylmer, which is exclusively available for PAC Season Tickets holders until the general on-sale August 6th).
ALSO - I just dropped an acoustic version of Find New Ways this morning!
Find New Ways is about the twists and turns of a relationship, and about my promise to find new ways to appreciate my wife Kirsten (maybe even after I’m dead). Fitting then, that this song has lived many lives since it was written. The initial acoustic demo was quite simple, but every in-studio attempt spun a sonic rabbit hole, taking it in differing directions. This new version is most true to that original acoustic demo, and in some ways, it is the most intimate and direct. Every layer of vocals and guitar was recorded in one take without much editing. I wanted the song to feel raw, unrefined, and imperfect. Just like life, and just like love.
