Oh Fortune 10th Anniversary Double LP

Ten years! Oh Fortune was released in late September of 2011. My first release with my now long-time label fam at Arts & Crafts, and with City Slang in Europe. This album won two JUNO awards and saw the band grow from festival side-stages to main-stages.
I'm thrilled to announce the Oh Fortune 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Double LP, which can be ordered now. The packaging re-design is the fine work of my immensely talented pal, Jud Haynes. He adapted Ashod Simonian's original artwork by re-drawing it with one solid stroke - ie, without lifting his pen from the paper..
Sides C and D of the package are full of old demos, unreleased b-sides from the recording session at The Hive in Vancouver with Colin Stewart, as well as live recordings from the album's release tour. There's even an old recording of a rehearsal where we were piecing together what would become Leaves, Trees, Forest, working out the song's bridge section.
The double LP can be ordered now, but all of this extra material is ALSO currently available on streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and Google.
I also wrote an essay about this time in my life, which is included in the Deluxe Edition. Nice, Nice, Very Nice was unquestionably a "singer songwriter" album, and I remember desperately wanting to show that I could move beyond that box and find some new territory to occupy.. I wrote about the songs, the people, and the time that my dear, sweet father could not stop crying at the JUNOs when they called my name.
I should also mention that All Together Now is still available to purchase "on-demand" with unlimited replay until the end of the year. The film is followed by a recording of the Q&A from after the premiere a month back.
