Club Meds show & VSO Collaboration

Here we are in the weirdness. In 2015 I released an album that I considered my opus. Some got it. Many didn't. It's okay. It taught me a lot. The album was rife with foreboding. It was a feather afloat on the winds of something that has now come home to roost. Club Meds makes more sense now than it ever did.
As I did with the previous albums, I'll be playing Club Meds front to back on July 18th - 12pm PT, 3pm ET, 8pm GT. Q&A, stories, special guests, all the nice bits. Tickets are available HERE. Similarly to with the other shows, I'm saving 30 guest-list spots for those who are not in a position to purchase a ticket but would like to be "there" - email weeklysidedoor@gmail.com and let me know. No explanations necessary and no questions asked. Just make sure you put "Club Meds" in the email subject.Â
I also got to be a part of something really quite special... Please have a watch of this. It's a group of incredible frontlines workers collaborating with The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and I on a rendition of The Beatles' iconic "All You Need is Love". When they sent me the rough cut of this video, I have to admit I got pretty choked up. Of course it makes all the sense in the world that these superhuman medical professionals also happen to lay it down on their instruments.
